About the Chef
Passionate about cooking since his early childhood, chef Damien L was guided by his grandmother, a fine pastry chef and cook who gave him the taste and love of making people appreciate good food. The chef has been working in the sector for more than 10 years. He was able to taste Italian gourmet cuisine, then authentic French cuisine. This mixture brings him to the end of his training as a chef and therefore to his own vision of cooking: young, dynamic and self-taught, he likes to create and share!
